Zusammenfassung
Aus der fehlerhaften Entwicklung des Corpus spongiosum bzw. der Colleschen und Buckschen Faszie resultiert eine Ventralkurvatur des Penis, wobei die Harnröhrenmündung
an normaler Stelle zu liegen kommt. Entsprechend der verschieden starken Ausprägung
werden von Devine und Horton 3 Typen unterschieden. Das Ziel der operativen Korrektur ist die Aufrichtung des
Penis durch Chordaresektion ohne die Harnröhre zu durchtrennen. Nur bei Verletzung
der Harnröhre im Rahmen der Chordaresektion ist eine Umwandlung in einen hypospadischen
Defekt mit einzeitiger oder zweizeitiger Korrektur erforderlich.
Abstract
A defective developement of the corpus spongiosum and surrounding fascias results
in a ventrally curved penis with a meatus in correct position at the tip of the glans.
Horton and Devine differentiate 3 types of chorda without hypospadias according to the severity of
this anomaly. The aim of the surgery is to straighten the penis by resection of the
chorda without dissecting the urethra. Only in case of an accidently performed laceration
of the urethra, a hypospadias repair in one or two sessions should be performed.
